About Us

Established in January 2021, Back Office Marketing is a marketing consultancy for small to medium businesses and organisations in Ireland. Services range from sales and marketing strategy building, sales and marketing plans, website content and auditing, social media activities and much more.

Back Office Marketing is run by Helen Leddy, a Cavan native now living in Co Meath. Helen is a graduate of Hotel Management from GMIT and holds a Master of Arts in International Tourism from the University of Limerick.

Helen has worked in the hospitality industry for over 25 years and in that time has gained immeasurable experience in all areas of Hotel operations. Helen has worked at pre opening, opening and established level with some of Irelands best known Hotels and groups.

Helen is also the founder of Galavanting Ireland– a blog on her travels of the most beautiful places in Ireland.

Philip McCormack joined the Back Office Marketing team in February 2023 and brings with him a wealth of knowledge in marketing and web design.

Philip has a Masters Degree in Marketing and Management for University College Cork as well as an undergrad in English and Psychology. He has been working in marketing across a number of different industries and offers a knowledge across a broad spectrum of industries.

Philip also holds an All Star from the All-Ireland Business Foundation (AIBF) All-Star award for PMC Marketing.

Our newest recruit, Eoin O’Connor, joined the team in April 2025. Eoin gained his digital marketing experience over several years working with businesses in the clothing, drinks and tourism sectors.

Before joining Back Office Marketing Eoin worked as a freelance digital marketer for over a year. This experience of working hands-on with clients, understanding their needs and using his creative skills to get results means he’s a great fit for our team.

Eoin has a degree in Graphic Design from IT Carlow. He uses these design skills and experience to create high-impact content that gets results for our clients.
